Israeli Military Expert Explains the True Danger of Iran’s Nuclear Program
JERUSALEM, Israel – For decades, the greatest security threat facing Israel has been nuclear weapons from its regional enemies.
Retired Israeli General Amos Yadlin has played a key role in destroying not one but two nuclear facilities that posed existential threats to the Jewish state.
In 1981, he flew an F-16 in the attack to destroy Saddam Hussein’s nuclear reactor at Osirak, Iraq. Then in 2007 as head of Military Intelligence, Yadlin helped plan and execute the Israeli strike that eliminated Bashar Assad’s secret nuclear facility in the Syrian desert.
Now Yadlin, as Executive Director of the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS), is using his years of experience to address the latest nuclear threat from the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this exclusive interview with CBN News, Yadlin explains the dangers posed by Iran’s nuclear program and the five steps he believes can be implemented to end this nuclear nightmare for not only Israel but for the Middle East and the world.
