The Israeli Defense Forces carried out strikes on Tehran, eliminating Iran’s Minister of Intelligence Esmaeil Khatib. Khatib was responsible for overseeing Iran’s entire global terror apparatus, including sleeper cells in locations around the world. The IDF also targeting Iranian command centers and ballistic missile sites, including the IRGC Security Unit headquarters, which israel says was used to repress protests and riots in Iran.


Cuba is facing another nationwide blackout, as economic instability grip the island nation. Secretary of State Marco Rubio says a dramatic change in leadership is what’s needed. The outages have left millions without reliable electricity, with only limited power restored in parts of Havana. The country is also facing fuel shortages, with no major oil shipments in months.


The National Weather Service says there could be record high and record low temperatures, across the country this week. A March heat wave is gripping much of the West, where an unprecedented surge of heat is already rewriting the record books. Temperatures are soaring as much as 30-35 degrees above normal, with triple-digit highs expected in parts of California and the Southwest.
